"I have tried four times, so if this is actually published, I might be surprised. I liked the style and fabric design, but not the fabric's feel. When I went to return it in August, I was shocked to see "FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS. " I never order "FINAL SALE ITEMS. " I didn't realize how this happened until today, when I went to order a different item. THE FINAL SALE LABEL DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE SHOPPING CART; IT IS DECEPTIVELY ADDED ON THE PAYMENT PAGE. Technically, Nic and Zoe identified it, but because it's after the cart, I feel it was intentional. It feels like manipulation, which I do not appreciate. I have tried to send this message today, but I get an "unable to send message. " 4 times. Intentional, again?"
