NIC+ZOE is looking for a Merchandising Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will manage key tools and reports that drive success for the Merchandising team. The ideal candidate has a natural desire for product along with strong analytical skills.

LINE DEVELOPMENT
  • Support Merchandising Team to create tools for Design Kickoff
  • Create and maintain design templates throughout the development process
  • Manage data for Merchandising Plans
  • Compile team information to create end of season recaps
  • Create visual guides for Buy Meetings
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive benchmarking
  • Provide strong organization support for the Merchandising Department

MERCHANDISING SUPPORT FOR SALES
  • Manage deadlines, file prep and communicate with printers to create order forms and workbooks
  • Create special size order forms
  • Create sales tools for reps, including but not limited to Style Guides and Trend Guides
  • Partner with Sales Assistant to create and assemble Rep Binders, ship sales samples and maintain templates based on received orders

    The Senior Designer will create and execute on the vision of the Chief Creative Officer, ensuring that the product is consistent with market trends while maintaining the brand identity and supports overall business strategy. Candidates will have a passion for the NIC+ZOE brand and customer with a strong eye for trend and color. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills with the ability to direct and develop junior designers.
    The Designer will be an integral member of the design and development function. The Senior Designer will be working in a fast paced environment with the support of a design team to execute all design details.
    Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Ability to manage the design and development process from concept through final proto/sample, including but not limited to flat sketch, initial spec, and production fit approval.
    • Presentation of concepts and ideas throughout the design and development process
