    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and will play a key role in supporting the VP of Sales in management of the wholesale division.     SENIOR ANALYST - FINANCE - Natick, MA

    Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Analyst - Finance will be an integral member of the finance and operations functions. A high-visibility role, primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Partner with CFO, CEO, and senior management to analyse strategic opportunities, drive organizational improvements and elevate key business decisions
    • Play a key role in development of strategic long range plans and annual budgets, working with the relevant stakeholdes to focus on modeling gross revenue through gross margin at the appropriate granularity

      STORE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - Natick, MA

      The Store Operations Coordinator assists with the management and coordination of the overall direction of the Store Operations function as it relates to the success of NIC+ZOE Retail. The Store Operations + Communications Coordinator ensures operational consistency and compliance across all stores.

      Reporting Structure
      Position reports directly to Director of Store Operations.


      Core Responsibilities

      • Assists with managing the process of balancing the workload for the stores and obtaining cross-functional agreements on priorities to ensure reasonable requests of the stores.
      • Executes the Communication Strategy; ensures that the stores receive appropriate communication through all communication vehicles including a bi-weekly business + operations update (include all functional areas).
      • Maintains the Retail Operations Calendar and informs business partner of retail business tasks, events, and updates.
      • Assists with development of and maintains standard operating policies and procedures.
      • Maintains open communication with Store Managers and all business partners in the Home Office.
      • Assists with the execution of operational goals for retail stores, providing training and coaching to Store Managers.
      • Assists with the development of retail training manuals for all necessary operational procedures.
