NIC+ZOE is seeking a creative and energized Graphic Designer to work with our corporate marketing team on day-to-day design deliverables and marketing collateral. This person must have a working knowledge of design technology and design conventions, and must be a self-starting, detail-oriented individual able to work with tight deadlines, follow directions, and work well within a team.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing concepts and layouts for multiple businesses, including Wholesale, E-Commerce and Retail. The Graphic Designer will oversee the creation and execution of email campaigns, website as well as marketing and sales materials. He/She will conceptualize, design and produce compelling, brand-appropriate creative materials in line with NIC+ZOE Corporate branding strategies.

  • Designs, develops and produces dynamic, brand-appropriate visuals that reinforce and enhance the marketing strategy and seasonal concepts.

VISUAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER – NATICK, MA

NIC+ZOE is seeking a creative, inspiring, and meticulous Visual Merchandise/Communication Manager to be responsible for development and exection of guiding the essential everyday appearance and atmosphere of our stores as well as in-store product merchandising of our brand collections, campaigns, events and installations. The Visual Merchandise/Communication Manager will be required to meet continuously changing business needs and creatively drive our image in multiple channels, always striving to enhance our image ensuring meticulous detail and quality are consistency observed. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish clear visual and merchandising direction for NIC+ZOE retail stores, consistently promoting brand image.
  • In collaboration with Product Merchandising, establish and maintain retail strategy to ensure that product categories, sales occasions, price points and marketing activities are being appropriately highlighted throughout the store while ensuring a clean presentation of product and clear communication of marketing activity
  • In conjunction with internal partners, create and execute the NIC+ZOE look at retail, including plans/planograms for: store planning, visual merchandise presentation, floor fixture plan, fixture/enhancement/collateral, seasonal presentations, windows/public lease line, planogram, in-case merchandising, top-of-counter displays, programs/diagrams/instructions, visual aesthetics, store openings, specials events and related areas.
  • Train Store Management and Stylists to maintain brand consistency at all times. Provide instruction for all stores on window displays and floor sets
  • Development and/or Implementation of all in-store merchandising and communication material to ensure effective execution of programs at point of sale. Provide visual communications support for internal partners.
  • Coordinate via internal and external resources for implementation to standards, establishes monitoring techniques and ensures that standards are met.
  • Creative development and resource management related to design and implementation of store window programs, special visual enhancements, special projects etc.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT I

The Staff Accountant will be an integral member of the accounting/finance function by assisting the Controller in managing daily operations of our growing business. This position will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable, to financial statement preparation and analysis. This is a new position at NIC+ZOE with strong potential for growth and high visibility to all departments in the company.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable – will own entire process
  • Receiving, coding, and entering all invoices and expense reports into accounting system
  • Managing DPO and scheduling payments
  • Processing, reconciling, and archiving corporate credit card statements
  • Maintaining W9’s for all vendors and issuing 1099’s yearly

Cash
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain cash forecast and monitor level of cash for recommendation on utilizing credit line
  • Monitor Letter of Credit activity

  • Maintaining schedules to support monthly financial reports
  • Partnering with Direct Retail division to monitor gift card activity and deferred revenue accounts
  • Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules and collaborate with Direct Retail division to track capex spending.
  • Assisting with annual audit preparation
  • Ad hoc reporting and special projects as requested by Controller
