CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage NIC+ZOE e-commerce accounts including Nordstrom Direct, Neiman Marcus Direct, Zappos and Amazon

RETAIL MERCHANDISER - Natick, MA

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop the most compelling, competitive assortment for each retail location to achieve sales plans and support seasonal strategies. Utilize both product strategies and analytical results to build future assortments and create buys in accordance with budget.

  • Manage NIC+ZOE e-commerce accounts including Nordstrom Direct, Neiman Marcus Direct, Zappos and Amazon
  • Achieve or exceed wholesale revenue goals through strategies that are profitable for NIC+ZOE and the e-tailer utilizing e-commerce data and metrics
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue with accounts through regular analysis of all available metrics, assessment of marketing investment ROIs, and through rigorous reviews of websites of respective account base to insure NIC+ZOE is merchandised to deliver maximum results
  • Evaluate and recommend all e-commerce marketing opportunities with the intent of delivering powerful ROI
  • Manage in-season business through consistent analysis of trend at the style and size division level. Use data to drive weekly reorders
  • Manage item set up with extra focus on identifying key metrics that will increase sales
  • Explore new e-commerce account opportunities for the wholesale division
  • Partner with Merchandising to insure all product specific account needs are maximized

  • Develop and manage strong, ongoing relationships with accounts, business partners, and internal NIC+ZOE team members

  • Prepare and deliver reports to Director of Sales and VP of Wholesale throughout the year and as requested, with value added insights and recommended strategies for improvement and growth
