ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER - Natick, MA

This position is responsible for the development and daily management of all key direct to consumer digital marketing programs that will help drive traffic, engagement and ultimately conversion on the nicandzoe.com website. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage multiple marketing channels and vendors, and assess performance on a weekly basis, including, but not limited to; SEM (PPC, PLAs, CSEs), SEO, Display Advertising, Email, Affiliates, etc.

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST - Natick, MA

The Social Media Specialist is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as you engage with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER - Natick, MA

This critical and hands-on role will manage the Company’s external and internal reporting requirements, preparation of financial results, internal controls and the Company’s accounting requirements, including corporate accounting policies, conduct technical GAAP research and external audit oversight. The Accounting Manager will have a proven track record and manage all efforts ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place and take the lead role in attaining and maintaining compliance with best practices within an apparel company with a multi-channel revenue stream (wholesale, retail and ecommerce).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise Staff Accountant and Accounts Payable Associate in all tasks to ensure deliverables are met within required deadlines
  • Work with direct reports to establish annual performance goals and monitor/advise on progress to enhance their professional development
  • Complete month-end close process through direct participation as well as supervision of direct reports to ensure complete and accurate financial statements are delivered in a timely manner
  • Preparation of all financial and performance reports
  • Lead the coordination and support of the independent auditors in their annual audits, partner with the Controller to execute overall process.
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual tax returns with external CPA firm
  • Maintain the cash management function, including monitoring and forecasting cash balances and requirements, initiating ACH / wires and issuing letters of credit; Communicate cash flow data to senior management as needed
  • Hands-on management of inventory across multi channels, not limited to coordination of cycle counts/annual inventory audits and the assurance of inventory valuation integrity
  • Support continued roll-out of retail channel by coordinating business registrations, registering of sales & use tax and creation of merchant accounts
  • Responsible for all aspects of sales & use tax compliance and monthly reporting utilizing Avalara

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE - Natick, MA

The Accounts Payable Associate will provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of invoices under their control. In addition, you will perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - Natick, MA

The Operations Assistant will support the Sales Operations Team by providing a high level of hands-on service to NIC+ZOE internal customers. The Operations Assistant will act as the liaison between these internal customers, managing communications traffic, sales orders and resolving questions and issues. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with internal customers to ensure that orders are validated, accurate and uploaded into our EDI system A2000. Monitor and update status of sales orders to ensure exceptions to policy are addressed and orders are completed timely
  • Carefully view orders to ensure shipping dates and product groups are accurate and intended, calling out any inconsistencies
  • Ensure retail product + replenishments are being forced to pick as needed.
  • Editing any and all internal platforms orders as needed. Review pending orders and approve as appropriate.
  • Review Springboard to pull all retail return requests. Create Return to Vendor authorizations in A2000 for each
  • Run month-end report on all retail returns to insure all retail Return Authorizations are received and credited. This includes running a monthly received/not credited report
  • Resolve + investigate any issue involving Retail and or E-Commerce platform including stock and missing returns. Find and resolve issues, and partner with the appropriate Operations associate to resolve
  • Work with Operations Assistant to reconcile cash + credit and or Chargeback differences within the E-Commerce platform.
  • Partner with the Marketing Department to determine which wholesale accounts qualify for Coop –dollars. Issue credits to customer accounts when validated
  • Provide assistance to Director of Sales Operations in creating calculations for Canadian exchange rates + invoice for product samples sent to International partners/factories
  • Collaborate with the New York Sales team in managing product for the different catalog needs including drop shop integration feeds
