E-COMMERCE MERCHANDISING + MARKETING MANAGER - Natick, MA

NIC+ZOE is looking for a talented and energetic E-commerce Merchandising + Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for the daily operations and management of the online product catalog and enhancing site content and functionality to improve user experience, maximize customer conversion, and drive direct sales across all devices. This position will also assist with key digital marketing programs, including, but not limited to email, SEM, affiliates and display advertising.


nicandzoe.com is only in year three of its inception and growing exponentially every month. The ideal candidate for this position will be an independent, self-starter who possesses a positive, can-do attitude and proven work ethic. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timely execution of all online content and product catalog setup activities, including all marketing and promotional content, product copy and imagery preparation.
  • Work cross functionally with merchandising, product development and creative, retail to implement accurate product copy, imagery, and content.
  • Implement effective web merchandising strategies, including product categorization, promotions, on-site search results, product page optimization, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER – NATICK, MA

NIC+ZOE is seeking a creative and energized Graphic Designer to work with our corporate marketing team on day-to-day design deliverables and marketing collateral. This person must have a working knowledge of design technology and design conventions, and must be a self-starting, detail-oriented individual able to work with tight deadlines, follow directions, and work well within a team.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing concepts and layouts for multiple businesses, including Wholesale, E-Commerce and Retail. STAFF ACCOUNTANT I - Natick, MA

The Staff Accountant will be an integral member of the accounting/finance function by assisting the Controller in managing daily operations of our growing business. This position will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable, to financial statement preparation and analysis. This is a new position at NIC+ZOE with strong potential for growth and high visibility to all departments in the company.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable – will own entire process
  • Receiving, coding, and entering all invoices and expense reports into accounting system
  • Managing DPO and scheduling payments
  • Processing, reconciling, and archiving corporate credit card statements
  • Maintaining W9’s for all vendors and issuing 1099’s yearly

Cash
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain cash forecast and monitor level of cash for recommendation on utilizing credit line
