    RETAIL MARKETING SPECIALST - Natick, MA

    The Retail Marketing Specialist will help shape NIC+ZOE’s brand strategy and communication across DTC channels, both in-store and online. This role will be responsible for the management and the execution of retail marketing initiatives, programs and campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, special events, and advertising that raises the NIC+ZOE brand profile and strengthens sales. The ideal candidate should be able to concept and lead marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and traffic to our retail stores and website.     • Manage the development, execution and roll out of retail marketing initiatives, budget and activities (includes creative concept development, determining assets and launch strategy)

      CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Meet and exceed daily store sales and profit goals
      • Analyze and react to business trends regarding assortment, communicating sell through, stock levels, customer feedback and opportunities to increase sales to corporate office
      • Motivate staff to meet store goals and comply with company policies and procedures.
      • Ensure merchandising concepts are set up and maintained
      • Perform and supervise store opening/closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facility
      • Conduct daily store meetings to ensure accurate and consistent brand communication with employees
