In this Part Time position you’ll be responsible for fielding customer service inquiries related to the NIC+ZOE website as well as supporting the backend functionality to optimize customer experience and conversion rates. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, dynamic and eager to learn to assist in supporting the fastest growing division in the company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer general customer inquiries via email, phone and chat, including but not limited to returns, processing orders, shipping information, coupon adjustments and price-matching, follow up until inquire is closed.

  • Investigate customer concerns about product depictions online, such as inaccurate images or product descriptions and making corrections as needed.

  • Assist in aggregating and reporting on customer service trends quarterly to sales, design and merchandising departments.

  • Annual customer survey execution and analysis.

E-COMMERCE SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist and support the Sr. E-Commerce Manager in the day-to-day operations of the website.
  • Monitor inventory and remove low-stock items from site on a weekly basis.
  • Organize web assets to support eCommerce + Marketing team needs.
  • Support the preparation and execution of initial merchandising plans for group uploads.
  • Compile upload content in an Excel spreadsheet for all new collections.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS

Ability to multi-task and prioritize, creative problem solving, organization, strong verbal and written communication skills, and MS Office (Excel is key). Experience with Magento, iCAT, A2000, Skypad, In Design, and Photoshop is a plus, but not required.

  • Perform and supervise store opening/closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facility
  • Conduct daily store meetings to ensure accurate and consistent brand communication with employees
  • Perform inventory responsibilities including the timely and accurate processing of all markdowns, transfers, damages, shipping and receiving in order to maintain operational integrity


SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional sales development and seasoned motivator to staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership skills including the ability to communicate internally at all levels within the organization and externally with clientele.
  • Ability to read and analyze selling reports, identify sales trends, and react to the needs of the business.
  • Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict in a team environment
  • Proficient in PC based software including Outlook, Excel, and Word

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Must be available to work store schedule, including nights and weekends on an as-needed basis.
  • Can stand comfortably for long periods of time; able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
