RETURNS PROCESSOR - Natick, MA

As a member of the Distribution Center team you’ll be working with some of the best pros in the business! We work hard but laugh harder. You’ll will work closely with your teammates in the high volume NIC+ZOE Distribution Center to make sure that items that are returned are processed quickly and accurately.

The Return Associate is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, picking, put away, and shipping of product to meet company standards of safety, security and productivity. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prep Customer Returns for processing; open boxes, hang garments, consolidate and/or separate product, maintain all customer paperwork together
  • Sort and unpack Customer Returns
  • Assist in managing supplies for the Customer Returns team; includes but is not limited to restocking the department with labels, hangers, merchandise containers, assorted racks and cardboard disposal
  • Verify and receive return paperwork + merchandise
  • Complete the Key Rec process and ensure that all information regarding returns from all customers (E-Commerce, Retail and Wholesale) is communicated to Operations. Complete all Credit Memos quickly and accurately to ensure credits are issued
  • Fold, repackage and re-tag all returned products
  • Place all returned product back in stock
  • Keep area clean and well organized
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Ad hoc assignments as needed
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS
