Ordering
Placing an Order
Please note, once an online order is placed, we cannot make any adjustments to that order. Please check all details carefully before clicking the “Pay Now” button at checkout. Once placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ShopPay, Paypal, and Venmo at this time.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to a recent system migration, we temporarily cannot accept NIC+ZOE generated Gift Cards as methods of payment online until November 21, 2025. Gift cards can still be purchased and redeemed in our Stores during this time. View locations here.
We also offer ShopPay Installments on orders of $35 or more using your ShopPay account. Select installments at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments processed every 2 weeks. The estimated payment amount excludes taxes and shipping. Payment options are offered by Affirm and are subject to an eligibility check and might not be available in all states. CA Residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lender license.
Credit cards and debit cards are generally charged only once we ship the item(s) to you, with the exception of placing an item(s) on preorder. However, both credit and debit cards may “pre-authorize” your order amount with your card issuer at the time the order is placed. This may trigger an “authorization hold” on your card. For debit cards, which draw on funds in a bank account, this means the amount of your purchase remains in your account but is no longer available to you. For credit cards, the charge is not processed but the amount may be deducted from your available line of credit.
Your credit or debit card will then be charged when we ship your items to you, for the amount of goods that is actually shipped. It can typically take 3 to 7 days for the purchase amount to clear your account. Your bank controls the timing of authorizations and payments from your account; for details, please check with your bank.
Gift Cards
We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to a recent system migration, we temporarily cannot accept NIC+ZOE generated Gift Cards as methods of payment online until November 21, 2025. We are also unable to sell gift cards online at this time.

Promotions, Discounts + Final Sale Items
Please note, promotional codes have exclusions and typically cannot be combined with other offers. Customers may use one promotion code per order. Please enter a promotion code at checkout, hit “Apply,” and your savings will be applied to eligible items in your cart.
A promotional offer can be combined with one NIC+ZOE Inner Circle Reward per order. For more details on Inner Circle Rewards please click here. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments at this time.

All items marked as FINAL SALE are non-refundable or exchangeable and cannot be returned for a refund or credit.
Taxes
The taxes charged on merchandise are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. Where required, a non-refundable tax is also applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, that refund includes the taxes you paid for the item. There is no refund for taxes paid on shipping and handling, because shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as soon as an item has been shipped.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to the size guides on our product pages. The “Size guide” link is located on our product pages above the “FIT” section.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Shipping
Order Processing
Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing prior to shipment. This timeframe does not apply to express shipping methods. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET will not begin processing until the following business day.
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will begin processing on the next working business day. Expedited orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
What is the shipping policy?
Shipping within the contiguous United States: We offer free standard shipping on orders $150 and above. Any orders below $150 ship for a flat rate of $12. Your order total must reach $150 or more before taxes and after any discounts have been applied.
Inner Circle members receive free standard shipping on all orders placed within the contiguous United States. You must be logged into your valid Inner Circle account at time of checkout.
Please note, we are currently not offering ShopRunner shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
For expedited shipping, we offer two options: 2nd Day Air ($25; 2 business days + processing time) and Next Day Air ($35; 1 business day + processing time).

Do you ship internationally?
Please note we are currently unable to ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Returns + Exchanges
Online Returns
If you need a different size or are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here and happy to help. We will accept returns and/or exchanges of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of the order date. All items marked as FINAL SALE at time of purchase are ineligible for return or exchange. Please click here for more details and to initiate a return or exchange.
We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit on any return attempted outside of this window, or if the item(s) returned are not in original condition, damaged or worn.
Nicandzoe.com cannot accept any items that were purchased in NIC+ZOE stores or from other retailers. Any such item returned to NIC+ZOE cannot be mailed back to sender.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing upon receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any Inner Circle Reward points acquired during the purchase of a returned product will be deducted upon the crediting of any product return.
Online Returns
For your convenience and for better tracking, please use our online return form. There is a $10.00 shipping fee per package with the use of our pre-paid label. For exchanges, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee.

Inner Circle Loyalty "Family" tier members -- your return shipping is on us. To initiate a return, click the link above and you won't be charged the return shipping fee.
In-Store Returns
Due to a recent system migration, we are temporarily unable to accept returns in store for orders purchased at nicandzoe.com starting on Thursday, 10/30/25.
In NIC+ZOE stores, we are happy to accept your unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase for any in-store purchases. An exchange or refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be given for the purchase price on the original receipt. Without a receipt, the return will be refunded at the current selling price and issued as a store credit. Merchandise purchased at a discount of 50% or more off the original retail price will be FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders purchased using ShopPay, PayPal, Venmo, Zip or ShopPay Installments cannot be returned to our NIC+ZOE stores. Please refer to the online return instructions above.
Exchanges
We’re pleased to offer exchanges for the same style in an alternate size or color of equal price. Please note, exchange orders are initiated once your return label shows movement with the carrier. If you’d prefer a different style, we invite you to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
