Return Policy

We want you to be connected to and inspired by your NIC+ZOE purchase. But, if you are not absolutely delighted with your NIC+ZOE purchase we want to make it easy for you to return it.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of product being shipped. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. Returns can be made using our pre-paid ship labels. $8 will be deducted from your refund for the use of the label. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles.

  1. If you have an online account with NIC+ZOE, simply click the RETURN ITEM link above and log into your account using your email and password. Proceed to ORDER HISTORY to find your order. If for some reason you don’t see your order, please click LOG OUT in the upper right hand corner of your screen and return TO the Order Status page. Enter your order number and email under the header I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT.
  2. If you don’t have an online account with NIC+ZOE, simply click the RETURN ITEM link above Enter your order number for which you have products you wish to return, along with the email used on the order.
  3. Upon finding your order, select the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return and click SUBMIT. An email confirming your Return Request will be immediately sent to you inbox.
  4. After your return has been submitted, select ‘PRINT SHIP LABEL’. Once the label appears, right click your mouse and select PRINT.
  5. To successfully complete your return, place all items to be returned and a printed copy of the return email in a box. Affix the UPS ship label to the outside of the box and return via UPS.


Unfortunately, we do not currently have an online Exchange process. However, if you need to replace the item you purchased for a different size or color, please contact us directly at 844.500.9047 and we will do our best to get you what you need!.


In stores, we are happy to accept your unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 21 days of purchase.

An exchange or refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be given for the purchase price on the original receipt. Without a receipt, the return will be refunded at the current selling price and issued as a store credit.

Returns are not accepted in our Woodbury Common Outlet and merchandise purchased in this location is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Also, please note, online purchases using PayPal CANNOT be accepted in stores at this point in time. Please follow the ONLINE returns process above for such purchases.
