ONLINE RETURNS

www.nicandzoe.com accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of product being shipped. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. See more details.

IN-STORE RETURNS

In stores, we are happy to accept your unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 21 days of purchase.

An exchange or refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be given for the purchase price on the original receipt. Without a receipt, the return will be refunded at the current selling price and issued as a store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders purchased using PayPal cannot be accepted in store for a return, please follow the online return instructions above. $8 will be deducted from your refund for the use of the return shipping label. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles.
