NIC+ZOE'S HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

For any orders placed on November 15th through December 24th, NIC+ZOE will extend our standard return window through January 31, 2016. Please see return details below, and Happy Holidays!

www.nicandzoe.com accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of product being shipped. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. Returns made using our pre-paid ship labels created on www.ups.com, $8 will be deducted from your refund for the use of the label. Based on your credit card company, a credit should appear on your account within one to two billing cycles. Final sale and worn items without tags will not be accepted for returns or placed on a merchandise credit.

CREATING A RETURN ONLINE
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT
  1. 1. Visit www.nicandzoe.com and login to your account with your email and password
  2. 2. Please find ‘ORDER HISTORY’ select the corresponding order number that you would like to return
  3. 3. The first screen will prompt you with your order summary. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘CREATE A RETURN'
  4. 4. Select the items you wish to return by clicking the ‘RETURN THIS ITEM’ button. Select the quantity of the item(s), if applicable, then select your return reason
  5. 5. Once completed, click ‘SUBMIT’ at the bottom of the page. An email will be sent to your inbox. Print this email and include in your return package
  6. 6. After your return has been submitted, select ‘PRINT SHIP LABEL’ and you will be redirected to www.ups.com. Follow the prompts to print out your pre-paid, pre-addressed ship label
  7. 7. To successfully complete your return, place all items to be returned and a printed copy of the return email in a box. Affix the UPS ship label to the outside of the box and return via UPS

I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT
  1. 1. Visit www.nicandzoe.com and select ‘RETURNS’ at the bottom of the homepage.
  2. 2. Click 'RETURN ITEM' button at the TOP of the Return Policy page
  3. 3. The first screen will prompt you with your order history. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘CREATE A RETURN’
  4. 4. Select the items you wish to return by clicking the ‘RETURN THIS ITEM’ button. Select the quantity of the item(s), if applicable, then select your return reason
  5. 5. Once completed, click ‘SUBMIT’ at the bottom of the page. An email will be sent to your inbox. Print this email and include in your return package

RETURNS TO THE NIC+ZOE STORE

Online purchases from www.nicandzoe.com may be returned to any NIC+ZOE store within 21 days of receipt of package provided the merchandise is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will be given a full refund on to the original credit card that was used for purchase*. Unworn items with tags without an invoice can be returned for a NIC+ZOE merchandise credit for the current selling price, valid online or in-store.

*Orders purchased using PayPal cannot be accepted in store for a return, please follow the online return instructions above.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not wish to keep via the instructions above and place a new order on www.nicandzoe.com.

ORDER PROCESS TIME & DELIVERY

Please allow 24 business hours to process your order. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note we are closed on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon 12pm will be processed on the next working business day.
