"Arrived with a huge hole. Then, I took pics and sent to you. But to get a refund I had to spend my time to pack up and return. No credit, nothing offered to me and there is no replacement available. This piece of customer service I think is really unfair because you made a mistake but I have to do extra work to make up for it and get nothing in return. Not even what I originally ordered!"
