"finally ordered the dress I’ve had my eye on for some time, and the shipping was amazing—the order arrived so quickly! But when I tried it on, the dress was way too big. Needless to say, I was having a complete meltdown! Thankfully, the day was saved! Even though the dress was non-returnable, their team made a special courtesy exception and allowed me to send the dress back so they could send me a smaller size. Can I tell you how impressed I was? They actually tracked the original dress and, as soon as they saw it was in transit, they had the new size on its way! I can’t even begin to tell you how happy and excited I was. I honestly don’t think the original dress could have been altered enough to fit me properly, so this meant so much. Their customer service team is absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make sure I was satisfied. Now THAT is exceptional customer service!"
